1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games on 12ph22, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 12ph22. 4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 12ph22 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

5.1 Minimum Deposits

5.2 Deposit Integrity

All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. 12ph22 reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of deposited funds where required by regulation or where transaction patterns raise compliance concerns. Deposits made through fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment instruments will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on 12ph22 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Currency conversion is not offered on the platform. Amounts displayed are in PHP unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC completion and compliance review. Key withdrawal conditions include:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific terms of each promotion;

9. Prohibited Conduct

10. Responsible Gaming

13. Suspension and Termination

12ph22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms or any supplemental policy is detected or reasonably suspected;
• Required by PAGCOR direction, court order, or competent regulatory authority;
• A player fails to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or money-laundering activity is detected;
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.

Upon legitimate termination for breach, 12ph22 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Upon termination for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary account closure), verified account balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period following completion of any outstanding compliance reviews.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding account balances, game outcomes, or bonus eligibility — shall first be submitted to 12ph22's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support with full written particulars of the complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 12ph22's internal process, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with its published procedures. The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that proceed to formal litigation.

15. Amendments to These Terms
